A search is underway for a missing three-year-old boy whose mother allegedly despatched him to her male pal's house to study 'find out how to be a person'.
Elijah Vue was final seen final Tuesday around 8am in the city of Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Cops acquired a call from a 'caregiver' reporting him missing lower than three hours later.
The boy's mom, Katrina Baur, 31, sent him away from their Wisconsin Dells residence to her companion Jesse Vang, who lives about 150 miles away, no less than every week before Elijah vanished.
