Helen Flanagan has shared a candid post about the realities of solo parenting her three children. The actress and social media star is mum to Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and Charlie, three, with her footballer ex Scott Sinclair, who she co-parents with. She was keen to post a happy video of herself dancing with her kids 'as some days are really hard with the kids and I feel like I'm just keeping my head above water and then there is days like this when I actually feel like I'm not doing a bad job.
