It was just seven months ago David Warner scored an exciting half-century in his final Test innings at the SCG - but now he has holed out to an Italian journeyman in an obscure league hardly any cricket fans would have heard of. Warner's protracted retirement parade ended this year at the T20 World Cup, after his final ODI in November 23 against India and his final Test match against Pakistan in January.
