At the least 43 individuals have been killed and dozens more injured as a fireplace broke out in a building in Bangladesh.
Flames engulfed the property in the Bailey Street area, in the capital Dhaka, after 10pm local time.
It spread shortly by way of the six floors of the building, trapping individuals inside.
