A video confirmed two consumers in Dundalk, Maryland, speaking to police and Walmart staff after they appeared to refuse to point out their receipts.


"He's not even part of this; he didn't even buy anything," the annoyed shopper advised the cop in the footage posted by activist account the Baltimore County Observer.
