A CHANNEL 4 star is fuming after the council let her neighbour maintain a balcony which she says provides a full view of the place she sunbathes.
Celia Sawyer, a celebrity interior designer dubbed "Mrs Bling", has been embroiled in a bitter& privacy row with a person who lives subsequent door.

It came after he constructed a balcony that Celia claims overlooks her garden the place she typically lays in a bikini.
Neighbour Neil Kennedy was pressured to apply for retrospective planning permission for his swanky residence& overlooking Poole Harbour& in prosperous Sandbanks, Dorset.
It got here after he built the extra balcony on the mansion's third flooring, which Celia and her husband Nick heavily opposed.
However the Bournemouth and Pool Council has now given the balcony the tick of approval, and Celia has blasted the choice.
She slammed the inexperienced mild for the appliance as "appalling and unfair".
Celia, who stars in Channel 4's Four Rooms, and her husband Nick didn't object to Mr Kennedy's preliminary plans to rip down a £2million bungalow next to their house.
He deliberate to exchange it with a three-storey home, but the couple stated their neighbour failed to stick to the original proposals.
Of specific ire is an extension to the balcony.
The couple also had points as they are saying home windows have been added to each side of the brand new property, which means their neighbour& could look directly into their house.
Celia advised MailOnline: "I feel it's appalling my neighbour is allowed to have home windows wanting into someone's house.
"Saying it's not overlooking or a breach of privateness because it is a rest room is absolute rubbish.
"It doesn't make me really feel good, to know he can stand on his balcony and look into our backyard once I'm in my bikini."
The properties there have rear gardens that back onto the water and have panoramic views over Poole Harbour.
Celia purchased her property with Nick for £2.7m in 2007, with the home now value in extra of £4m.
In council officer Suzanna Knowles' report for Mr Kennedy's software, she stated the extra aspect home windows weren't "an unacceptable state of affairs" and that they faced a brick wall on the Sawyers' residence.
Ms Knowles added that the balcony extension had been thought-about as part of the original software and found it "would trigger no material hurt to the amenities of the neighbouring homes".
The Sun has approached the council for comment.
Mr Kennedy previously declined to comment on the matter.
